10 years ago, when I first moved to London, I fell into Marketing.
Maybe it’s youngest child syndrome or perhaps it’s just me, but I always marvelled at how messaging has the power to bring people together. I cut my teeth in a fast-growing startup, joining as the 7th member of the team initially as the Chief Happiness Officer. Even today I take my client's happiness seriously!
I left that startup 4 years later and turned this curiosity into a successful events company in 2019. Where I launched and ran the world's First Zero Waste Christmas Market and quickly scaled across the UK and partnering with big brands like WWF, Timeout, Samsung, Greenpeace and GiffGaff, plus was featured in all the major news outlets like The Guardian, The Times, BBC Earth, The Standard and Daily Mail.
Nothing gave me more pleasure than having a deserving business owner run up to me and exclaim they’d sold out and could they please book next years’ event. The pandemic had other ideas though and I pivoted into e-commerce as the world shut down, to continue my mission to help purpose driven brands grow. The gift box business was a success, securing investment and growing to serve hundreds of consumers globally and partnering with companies like Savills and Oddbox to support employee wellness during the pandemic. I closed that business down after moving away from London to pursue my love of travel.
Im here to bring sales psychology and creative strategy to businesses who have no interest in simply copying their competition or cringing over the latest dance craze. I’ll be signing in from all sorts of locations, whether from my van, abroad or at a house sit. All the better for capturing unique content for your brand!
