Hoyles of Oxford is an established games retailer on Oxford Highstreet. They have a strong customer base in store, but zero online presence. They approached me to work on creating lists, automated email flows and sending out Hregular campaigns to their list.
I completed a review of their marketing system, created a new strategy that included multiple automated flows and x2 campaigns per month for three months. We worked with a brand designer to keep the branding pristine. The flows are still being uploaded, but even sending our very first campaign to a list of 500 people made the shop nearly £400! Together Health is a successful natural supplement brand that has a strong presence in stores globally but struggled to meet their potential online.
