Hoyles of Oxford is an established games retailer on Oxford Highstreet. They have a strong customer base in store, but zero online presence. They approached me to work on creating lists, automated email flows and sending out regular campaigns to their list.

I completed a review of their marketing system, created a new strategy that included multiple automated flows and x2 campaigns per month for three months. We worked with a brand designer to keep the branding pristine. The flows are still being uploaded, but even sending our very first campaign to a list of 500 people made the shop nearly £400! The Jungle Culture team came to us with no social media experience. We designed a roadmap and created all content in-house. Once we gained traction, we completed their package by adding on email marketing, sending out 6-8 campaigns per month and managing their sales ecosystem across all channels

Together Health is a successful natural supplement brand that has a strong presence in stores globally but struggled to meet their potential online.
